Q.
I'm having trouble using the Metro Trip Planner
A. There are two underlying issues
that affect the reliability of the Trip Planner: 1.) Our Trip
Planner interfaces with Metro's
Trip Planner, which requires that addresses are entered in a
specific format in order to be recognized by the address/mapping
database. 2.) Experience LA content and address information
is populated by the organizations themselves. We prompt our
organizations to provide an end address or cross street that
is recognized by the Metro Trip Planner, but we do not always
receive compatible information. In that case, you may want to
try modifying the populated End Address to use the Trip Planner
or contact the organization for transportation information.
