Spreading the spirit and energy of pure soul gospel music over the past 60 years, founding members Clarence Fountain and Jimmy Carter are joined by more recent arrivals on a mission to expand the audience for traditional soul-gospel singing while incorporating contemporary songs and innovative arrangements into their hallowed style. March 7th.


ArtsDay LAArtsDay LA. Sample the high level and diversity of professional training offered by the UCLA Extension Department of the Arts. This free event offers aspiring designers, writers, filmmakers, and artists an opportunity to immerse themselves in the subject matter, creative processes, current issues, and potential career paths of six major arts fields. The St. Francis Dam collapsed in 1928, sending a wall of water rushing through San Francisquito Canyon and the Santa Clara River canyons. Commemorates the second-worst natural disaster in California history and its aftermath.
