Make sure to check out the annual L.A. GreekFest from September 8th-10th. Located in the heart of the Byzantine Latino Quarter on the grounds of Saint Sophia Cathedral, this family-friendly event includes delicious Greek delicacies, Greek dancing, vendors, cooking demonstrations, a huge game area for the kids, and more! Cultural events include a theatrical presentation, dance demonstrations, and dance lessons.

On Sunday, September 17th, head out to the Long Beach Promenade for one of the biggest all-Brazilian events on the west coast with 7 Brazilian bands, Rio and Bahia-Style parades, dozens of Samba dancers, and Brazilian food and craft booths.
