The Garden is opening the gate Thursday nights at 6 p.m., for Garden Groove summer evening concerts. The 2012 series runs June 28 until August 2. Enjoy an evening picnic, great music and cool Claremont evenings

Garden Groove 2012 concert line-up:
June 28: The Lindy Sisters Sweet vocals from the Fabulous 40s in 3-part harmony.
July 5: Lew Ellenhorns Jazz Combo A smooth modern jazz favorite, Celebrating 20 years at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden.
July 12: The Iliana Rose Band Get up and move to Latin jazz with Ilianas pure, warm, voice.
July 19: Remember Then A blast to the past tribute to rock and roll and more.
July 26: Squeakin Wheels An exciting string band representing a compendium of Americana, folk, country, blues and rock flavors.
August 2: Doc Rock-It A fantastic oldies show bringing back the sounds of the glory days of Rock, Soul, and Rhythm & Blues.
