Originally built in 1942 as an entertainment center for veterans, the Brentwood Theatre was designed as a functional theater and to serve as a shelter. In 2003, the RICHMARK Entertainment team, led by Richard Willis, embarked upon a long-term plan to renovate the facility and utilize it once again as a legitimate theater and film house. Restored to its full glory, the Brentwood Theatre is home to RICHMARK's season of plays and small musicals, many of which are Pre-Broadway engagements, as well as a film house.
