The Music Center is one of the three largest performing arts centers in the nation, and one of the world's premier cultural organizations. Located in downtown Los Angeles, the Music Center is home to the newly opened Walt Disney Concert Hall. Designed by architect Frank Gehry and acoustician Yasuhisa Toyota from Nagata Acoustics, the Walt Disney Concert Hall is the new home for the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Los Angeles Master Chorale. Surrounded by gardens and plazas, as stainless steel curves wrap the entire building, it is sure to become the next international architectural icon.
