The lavish 1,500-seat Art Deco Warner Grand Theatre originally opened to the public on January 20, 1931. This theater, recently restored, plays host to many wonderful performing arts events, exhibits, and classic American and foreign films and is used as a location for commercial films and video productions. The Warner Grand Theatre is a facility of the City of Los Angeles, operated by the Department of Cultural Affairs.
