The Watts Labor Community Action Committee (WLCAC) is a seven-acre cultural oasis, which includes the Mother of Humanity® bronze sculpture, the Ted Watkins Center for Communication, the Civil Rights Museum, Meridian Hall and the Cecil Ferguson Gallery. Exiting from Meridian Hall, you will also find Mudtown Flats, which is a 330-foot façade depicting historic sites on Central Avenue.
