The Pasadena Conservatory of Music
(PCM) is a nonprofit community music
school serving more than 1100 students
with weekly music lessons and classes.
It is accredited by the Accrediting
Commission for Community and
Precollegiate Arts Schools. PCM's
student population ranges from infants
to seniors, hobbyists to prodigies.
The Young Musicians Department offers
classes for newborns to 11 years old.
PCM also offers music history courses
for the adult learner, and its
Outreach programs serve 3,000 public
school children annually.Throughout the year, PCM presents more
than 100 recitals, workshops, and
master classes, as well as concerts
that are free to the public. Songs

about place. PCM also presents the
highly popular concert series Mansions
and Music, which offers unique
programs in intimate and
architecturally unique homes.
