Founded in 1959, Company of Angels is the oldest repertory company in Los Angeles. Always dedicated to the exploration of a diversity of perspectives, the Company is uniquely multi- cultural with members reflecting the several different ethnic groups that make up the City of Los Angeles including Latino, African-American, Asian, Middle Eastern and South Asian. Now in its forty - seventh year, Company of Angels seeks to be more deeply immersed in its City, making it relevant to a larger portion of the Los Angeles population and transforming theater into a tool to improve the lives of her residents.
