Founded in 1930, Art Center College of Design is a global leader in art and design education, offering 11 undergraduate and six graduate degrees in a wide variety of art and design disciplines to prepare students for a creative career that will positively impact the world. Located in Pasadena, California, the College also serves the Greater Los Angeles area through year-round public programs for all ages and levels of experience, including classes for kids in grades 4—8 and high school students in grades 9 —12, as well as summer workshops in Design- Based Learning for K-12 educators.
