The Italian American Museum located in the Italian Hall, a historic building in downtown Los Angeles constructed in 1908 served as an Italian social and cultural center. Located in what was once the core of the city’s Little Italy, the Italian Hall was the site of countless community events. Slated to open in 2012, the Museum will feature historical and art exhibitions, an oral history and research archive and a multi-media center.
