Bolton Hall, was built in 1913 by "nature builder" George Harris. It is built from rocks gathered from hillsides and the Tujunga Wash. The stone building was originally used as a Clubhouse for the Little Lands Colony established by William E. Smythe and land broker Marshall Hartranft. The building is now the home of the Bolton Hall museum and Little Landers Historical Society. The museum maintains photo and document archives and artifacts from Rancho Tujunga. The records span the Tongva Indian settlements, the Mission and Mexican Land Grant periods to the development of Sunland-Tujunga.
