Latino Theater Company/Los Angeles Theatre Center’s mission is to produce theatre, dance, and music programming representing people of all cultures through collaborations, commissions, theatrical training, arts education and international exchanges with artists from around the globe. Our purpose is serve the citizens of Los Angeles with a world-class multi-ethnic and multidisciplinary arts center, increasing accessibility to audience members with low ticket prices and to local artists with low rental fees. With our resident culturally specific theatre companies, we strive to provide emerging artists with opportunities for productions under Actors’ Equity contract in order to foster the next generation of professional artists.
