The GRT is a company of actors, playwrights and directors led by Lonny Chapman, its artistic director. Since its inception in May 1972, the Group has produced over 165 plays, including 42 World Premiers and has won almost every drama award imaginable and many special awards from the community for its work with young people, seniors and the physically impaired. One thing has not changed: the mission to entertain and illuminate.
